The service
GymFlex is a monthly membership that gives you access to partner gyms in Bahrain through the GymFlex app. It is not a booking service.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, verify your identity with your CPR before your first visit, and keep your account details accurate.
Membership and payment
Plans are billed monthly in Bahraini dinars. Renewal and refunds work as described in our refund policy.
Visiting partner gyms
You can visit gyms included in your plan during their GymFlex hours, once per gym each day. Each gym’s own rules apply while you are there.
Your pass
Your pass is personal. Sharing it, or letting someone else use it, can lead to your membership being suspended.
Ending your membership
You can stop your membership by contacting support, and you can delete your account in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
